Managers choose the trades.

Managers cannot withdraw vault assets or publish their own NAV prices. Depositors hold non-transferable shares. Controller-only withdrawals do not guarantee liquidity or capital protection.

Independent accounting. Authorized execution.

Chainlink feeds determine accounting NAV and fail closed. If a held asset has no independent feed, deposits pause. Withdrawals can switch to oracle-free pro-rata liquidation at execution. KyberSwap routes require short-lived server-signed authorizations, minimum output, expiry and a one-time nonce.

Capital is at risk: trading losses, smart-contract failures, oracle outages, liquidity, slippage and quote-service availability can affect your position. Profiles and social identities are not verified. No minimum deposit or cooldown displayed in a profile is contract-enforced.
